The deposit amount depends on the class of the vehicle

The vehicle is provided to the client with a full tank of fuel and in a clean condition (both exterior and interior). Upon return, the vehicle must be in the same condition — clean and with a full tank.

Before pick-up, the car is thoroughly inspected for any damage. All existing damages are documented in the handover report and may also be photographed. This helps to avoid misunderstandings during the return process.

If the vehicle is returned with new damage, a low fuel level, or in a dirty condition, the cost of repairs, refueling, or cleaning will be charged in accordance with the rental agreement.

• Mileage limit: 300 km per day. Additional charges apply for excess kilometers based on the rates.
• Return time: you have 1 hour after the end of the rental period to return the vehicle without extra charges. After that, an extra day will be charged.
•Speed limits: clients must comply with the Ukrainian traffic laws.
•Usage territory: driving is allowed within the entire territory of Ukraine, excluding zones of active military operations and temporarily occupied regions.

The client is responsible for any mechanical damage to the vehicle only within the limits of the insurance deductible (equivalent to the deposit amount).

If the insurance company refuses compensation due to the renter’s fault (e.g. gross traffic violations, driving under the influence), the renter assumes full financial responsibility (100% of the car’s value).
